Online Reporting and Reconciliation: Portfolio Manager
If your merchant number begins with a "5" and is 15 digits in length, Portfolio Manager will allow you to view reporting and reconciliation information.
Steps to set up your online reporting:
1. Please contact your single point-of-contact service manager and request access to this reporting system.
2. Once you have received an email with your user name and password, please save www.fdportfoliomanager.com as a favorite in your browser for easy access.
3. Enter your 15 digit merchant number as the login username.
4. Enter the password provided via email and follow the prompts.
5. Please contact your service manager for assistance navigating the website.
Merchant Online Reporting and Reconciliation: Client Line
If your merchant number begins with a "4" and is 12 digits in length, Client Line will allow you to view reporting and reconciliation information.
Steps to set up your online reporting:
1. Please contact your single-point-of-contact service manager and request a user ID to access this reporting system.
2. Once you have been contacted via email with your username and password please save www.myclientline.net as a favorite in your browser for easy access.
3. Click “Enroll” and then “Complete Enrollment”
4. Enter the User ID you have previously received as well as complete the image validation. Follow the prompts to complete the setup.
