  • Account set-up is completed, and all merchant numbers are tested. All accounts are subject to final approval before setup. 
  • We personally download most equipment and assist with running test transactions. 
  • Clients are supplied with voice approval numbers and 24-hour help desk numbers, along with single-point-of-contact service manager cell phones. 
  • Often, a rate review is conducted after the first full month of processing to verify all savings.
