Regardless of which processor a business chooses, some party-- whether an internal call center through an 800 number, or a Merchant Services group like Premier-- will provide ongoing service. Premier is dedicated to providing efficient and personalized service when equipment malfunctions, a customer states they were charged twice, or a transaction is disputed.
Premier is not a broker, shopping different processors for the lowest rate, but rather a service provider for clients who choose to process with First Data. After the initial decision to work with a processor, the Payment Card Industry carries with it a major component of ongoing service.
